This watch has many functions. Among other things, it counts steps, measures heart rate, and counts calories burned. Additionally, it can measure blood oxygen levels and, as a highlight of this watch, blood pressure. In case your smartphone is misplaced, the Phonefinder is the way to go. For simple calculations, a calculator with basic arithmetic operations, a percentage function, and a +/- button for calculations with negative numbers is available. At night, sleep can be tracked with the watch. To measure the time of a race, a stopwatch function is available. Those who want to measure lap times can also do so with the stopwatch function. Additionally, a timer function is on board, which can count down from a maximum of 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. If you want to be reminded of events or woken up, you can set up to eight alarms, which can also be triggered only on specific weekdays. The most common sports can be recorded with the watch. If you don't want to get wet, you can view the weather forecast for up to seven days. To take a photo from a location where the smartphone is difficult to operate, a remote trigger with a three-second delay is available. Various functions can be saved as quick access with a left swipe gesture. Different watch faces can also be downloaded in the companion app "OPS Smart." Calls can be answered with the watch, and app notifications can be read on the watch. Another highlight for women: This watch can create a menstrual report.

Care & Cleaning

• Daily: Wipe the case and strap with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and sweat.
• Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
  Important: Screw the crown down tightly beforehand!!!
• Not waterproof: Only clean dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
• Avoid: Abrasive agents, perfume, cosmetics, and heat.
• Leather straps: Do not soak, only clean slightly damp, and let dry away from heat.
• Water resistance: Do not wear when showering or bathing, have it checked annually.
• Battery (Quartz): Have an empty battery replaced immediately.
• Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.

Storage & Handling

• Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewelry (risk of scratches).
• Remove mechanical watches when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
