Environmentally Sound Disposal of Batteries

As a seller of products containing batteries, we are obligated by the German Battery Act (BattG) to inform you about the proper disposal of batteries. Batteries contain valuable raw materials, but can also contain pollutants that should not be disposed of in household waste.

Return and Disposal

Please dispose of used batteries at official collection points or return them free of charge to designated retail return points. The symbol of a crossed-out trash can on batteries indicates that they must not be disposed of in normal household waste.

Your Obligation as a Consumer

You are legally obligated to return used batteries properly. Environmentally sound disposal helps to avoid pollutants and recycle valuable materials.
